The Chase Tower is a 22-story, 288-foot-high (88 m) tall building in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Built in International style, this building has a very green, almost black facade. Located along the Milwaukee River, on the corner of East Wisconsin Avenue and North Water Street. The Chase Tower includes 480,000 square feet of office space and a parking structure of 746 spaces.

Currently, the building is home to Chase Bank branches and underground vaults, the studios of Milwaukee Public Radio (WUWM), several restaurants and many office tenants including JPMorgan Chase, Infinity Healthcare and law firm O'Neil, Empower Pensions, Cannons, Hollman, DeJong & amp; Laing.. Skywalk links it to the parking structure in the south and the Grand Avenue Shops across the river through the ASQ Center.

History

The building was completed in 1961, and was formerly known as Bank One Plaza until the merger with Chase. Before that, it was home to the Marine Bank and known as the Marine Plaza. By 2016, the building was sold to 111 E. Wisconsin Property Owner, LLC, and managed by Farbman Group.

Currently, this is the 13th tallest building in Milwaukee. It was the second tallest building in Milwaukee from 1961 to 1973, when the US Bank Center was completed.

In Jule 2016, Farbman Group acquired the $ 30.5 million building from the Brookfield Real Estate Opportunity Fund. They have since made significant updates to the lobby, public areas and convenience rooms on the first and second floors, as well as the attached parking structure.
