United Club is the airport lounge associated with United Airlines and its regional affiliates.
United operates fifty seats in forty-five major airports in six countries, with most being in the United States. United Clubs offers free drinks, breakfast and afternoon snacks, free Wi-Fi, power outlets, and newspapers and magazines. The lounges at several airports with international services provide shower facilities.
United Club's annual access fees vary with elite status, ranging from US $ 450 or 60,000 miles for 1K Premier elite, up to US $ 550 or 70,000 miles for public members. Daily admission is available for US $ 59 at the door. In addition, Star Alliance Gold members receive free access, with the exception of United Elite who travel domestically in the United States. Members of United Club are entitled to enter the lounge of Star Alliance Business Class and Frequent Flyer Lounges such as Lifthansa Senator Lounge and Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge. Amtrak Guest Rewards Select Plus and Select Executive member have free United Club access with United flights, regardless of destination or class of service.
Prior to the 2010 United-Continental merger, the United Airlines lounge was known as the Red Carpet Club and the Continental Airlines lounge was known as Presidents Club . On October 1, 2011, United abolished the name "Red Carpet Club" and "Club President". The lifetime membership previously available for purchase from the President Club is converted to United Club Lifetime membership. New lifetime membership is no longer available for United Club.

Lounges and Global First Global Locations
United retained United Global First Lounges at six international airports (three in the US and three abroad) to accommodate Global First passengers. Global First Lounges serves free food and alcoholic drinks and offers more privacy from the United Club. Access to Global First Lounges is limited to United Global First passengers, customers of Star Alliance First Class and Global Services are confirmed in Business Class. Members of the HON Circle of Lufthansa Miles and frequent flyer programs can use the Global First lounge when traveling or connected in the Lufthansa Business Class.
The six Global First Lounges are located in the United hub of Chicago (O'Hare), San Francisco, Tokyo (Narita), Washington (Dulles), Hong Kong, and London (Heathrow).
